NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF MANAGERS OF THE WALKER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT,
WALKER COUNTY, TEXAS, WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 05, 2017 BEGINNING
AT 8:00 A.M. AT, WALKER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT BUSINESS OFFICE,
1300 11TH STREET, SUITE #515, HUNTSVILLE, TX.

AGENDA

  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Executive Session: The Board of Managers will convene in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.072 to consult with the District’s financial advisors and legal counsel for an update on progress on pending issues with the District and Huntsville Memorial Hospital concerning the Hospital Lease and Operating Agreements between the District and Huntsville Memorial Hospital Corporation, including operations and transactional matters.  No action contemplated.
  3. Reconvene in Open Session.
  4.  Adjourn meeting.

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM OF WALKER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT BOARD OF MANAGERS

October 05, 2017 / 11:30am to 12:30pm
Huntsville Memorial Hospital / Huntsville, TX.

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of Managers of the Walker County Hospital District may be in attendance at a lunch also attended by its consultants, members of the Huntsville Memorial Hospital Corporation and its consultants.  The lunch will take place at Huntsville Memorial Hospital.

No Manager will participate in discussion of public business of the District, and no action will be taken by Walker County Hospital District Board of Managers.
